Californian Massage ®

This is a fluent oil massage - a unique combination of effective massage methods. It combines elements of the classical massage as well as the Esalen massage and the Holstic massage enhanced by intensive breathing and energy therapy.
Elements of this massage method are wide stroking movements as well as specific work on individual points of tension, relaxation, stretching and energy harmonizing hand holding.
The Californian Massage ® can be performed as a partial body massage (e.g. back massage) or as a full body massage.

Reflexology Massage

After a short interview the patient lies on his back on the massage table. The massage therapist evaluates the feet first by looking at them (condition of the tissue, peculiarities of skin and nails) and then by systematic feeling the soles.
From his examination and the feedback of the patient he decides which organs need to be worked on. Then he begins to massage the sole whereby he works especially on the areas corresponding to the particular organs.
The first treatment will normally last about 60 minutes, further sessions are mostly shorter.

Deep Tissue Massage

For the deep tissue massage you use less lotion than for the Californian Massage ®. Thereby the movements can be performed considerably deeper and more concentrated. Soft stretching leads to relaxation of joints and muscles.
